What’s the main idea of referral fee?

Members and Candidates must disclose to their employer, clients, and prospective clients, as appropriate, any compensation, consideration, or benefit received from, or paid to, others for the recommendation of products or services. （他人支付或者向他人支付的介紹費(fèi)，應(yīng)向雇主、客戶、潛在雇主披露）

Such disclosure will allow the client or employer to evaluate any partiality shown in any recommendation of services（是否存在不公正）and the full cost of the service.

Employee may completely restrict such fees; if not restrict, should indicate the appropriate steps for requesting approval.
