Provide supporting information to clients enhance transparency.

If rely on secondary or third‐party research, must make reasonable and diligent efforts to determine whether it is sound. If suspect the soundness, must not rely on that information. （外部數(shù)據(jù)懷疑就不能用）

In reviewing computer models or the resulting output, pay attention to the assumptions and rigor of the analysis to ensure that the model incorporates negative market events. （確保模型包含了負面的市場事件）

Always recommend “hot” issue indicates NO reasonable basis. （不能總是推薦所謂的熱門股票）

The conclusions or recommendations of the group report represent the consensus of the group, but may not necessarily be the views of the member or candidate, even though his name is included on the report. （有時候名字在報告上，并不代表有這樣的觀點）
