第一段：總體描述圖表，指明時(shí)間段，指出突出變化或不同常用句型或短語： 

As is clearly shown in the chart(圖表), ____According to the figures given in the table/chart/graph, ____ It can be seen from the table/chart/graph, ____. The figures（數(shù)據(jù)）in the chart reflect that ____. especially, ______ （指出突出變化）  
第二段：（分析原因） There are several factors leading to this change / difference …….. There are several reasons for ____.(引出原因)  To begin with, ____(原因一) .In addition, _____（原因二).For example, ____（舉例說明）.Last but not the least, ____.（原因三） To sum up ______________.（總結(jié)）

第三段：自己的觀點(diǎn)As for me, ____ On the one hand, ____ on the other, ____ In brief，____.

二、各圖表類型的表達(dá)

泛指一份數(shù)據(jù)圖表：a data graph / chart / table

折線圖（曲線圖）：line chart

餅圖：Pie chart

表格：table 

條形圖、柱狀圖：bar chart

三、數(shù)據(jù)漲幅變化的表達(dá)

1. 數(shù)據(jù)（Data）在某一個(gè)時(shí)間段固定不變：fixed in time   2. 在一系列的時(shí)間段中轉(zhuǎn)變：changes over time   3. 持續(xù)變化的data在不同情況下：   

增加：increase / raise / rise / go up …… 

減少：decrease / grow down / drop / fall ……

波動(dòng)：fluctuate / rebound / undulate / wave ……  

穩(wěn)定：remain stable / stabilize / level off …… 

四、圖表寫作經(jīng)典套句

1. the table shows the changes in the number of…over the period from…to…    該表格描述了在…年與…年間…數(shù)量的變化 

2. the diagram shows （that）… 該圖向我們展示了…

3. the figures/statistics show （that）…  數(shù)據(jù)（字）表明…

4. this is a cure graph which describes the trend of… 這個(gè)曲線圖描述了…的趨勢。
